Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AdProFlow handles, why we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices available to you.
Effective October 1, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how AdProFlow collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, purchase a membership, or use our marketing and business-operations tools. It also covers information you submit about your customers, leads, workers, and other contacts.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use AdProFlow, we may collect:
- Account and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, business name, and authentication identifiers.
- Membership and transaction information. Payment-card details are collected by our payment processor rather than stored directly by AdProFlow.
- Business content, including brand details, campaign material, uploaded files, customer records, leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, messages, and schedules.
- Usage and technical information, such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, actions taken, diagnostics, and security events.
- Communications and support requests you send to us.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and secure AdProFlow; authenticate users; process memberships; generate requested content; store and organize business records; deliver email or text messages you initiate; support customers; troubleshoot errors; prevent fraud and abuse; understand and improve the service; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your customer lists to market AdProFlow directly to your customers.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that process it for us, including:
- Cloudflare for hosting, storage, delivery, and security.
- Stripe for membership billing, connected-account onboarding, and payment processing.
- Twilio and Resend for text and email delivery.
- OpenAI for AI-assisted generation that you request.
- Analytics, monitoring, authentication, support, and professional-service providers used to operate the service.
We may also disclose information when you direct us to, during a business transaction, to comply with law, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity. We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Your responsibilities for customer data
When you add information about customers, leads, workers, or other people, your business determines why and how that information is used. You are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining required consent, honoring privacy and messaging requests, and using the information lawfully. AdProFlow processes that information to provide the service to you.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is processed. You may request account or personal-information deletion by contacting us, subject to records we must retain.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account access and notify us if you believe it has been compromised.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
You may update certain account and business information in AdProFlow and may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, and to appeal a denied request.
California residents may also request information about categories of personal information collected, used, and disclosed; request correction or deletion; and exercise these rights without discriminatory treatment. AdProFlow does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, email AdProFlow@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before completing it.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
AdProFlow and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies needed for authentication, preferences, security, performance, and service operation. The public AdProFlow blog also uses a first-party cookie for up to 30 days to count unique article visits and attribute a verified account signup to an article. These counts help us understand which guides are useful; they are not used for cross-site advertising. Browser controls can limit some technologies, but blocking necessary storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
10. Children
AdProFlow is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.
11. International processing and changes
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Those places may have different privacy laws from your location.
We may update this policy as our practices or the service change. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
12. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, contact AdProFlow at AdProFlow@gmail.com or (800) 336-2986.
